When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, business name, and any details you choose to share. I do not collect any other personal information unless you send it to me directly.

This website may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through the hosting provider. This data is aggregated and not tied to any individual.

How I use it

I use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we have agreed to. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The hosting platform (Netlify) may set cookies for basic site functionality. I do not run analytics that identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify. Contact form submissions may pass through a form processing service. These providers have their own privacy policies and handle data only as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention

I keep your information only as long as it is needed to serve you or as required by law. If you would like your information removed, email me at josiahkenniv@tandymdesign.com and I will handle it promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information I hold about you and to request its correction or deletion. I do not make this difficult. A plain email is all it takes.

Changes

If I update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. I will not make changes that reduce your protections without notice.
