REF_ABOUT_01
One person.
One focus.
I started Tandym because most local businesses I talked to were paying for SEO they didn't understand and couldn't verify. A monthly invoice showed up. Rankings didn't.
I build sites, run monthly citation audits, maintain Google Business Profiles, and send a plain report on the first of the month. That's the whole service. No dashboards, no upsells. Just the work, and an honest account of what happened.
I'm deliberate about how many clients I take on. If you reach me, you're talking to the person doing the work.
I built Tandym the same way I tell clients to build: small on purpose, subscription-first, and honest about what the work can and can't do. I'm not trying to become an agency. I'm trying to do maintenance so well that a small roster of local businesses never has a reason to leave.
If you've been burned before, bring your skepticism. I'd rather earn trust through six months of reports than a sales call.

How I work
-
You talk to the person doing the work. No account managers, no ticket queues. If something needs a decision, I'll tell you directly and we'll sort it out.
-
I only work with local service businesses. Contractors, healthcare practices, trades. I built the service for that shape of business and I know it well.
-
I won't promise rankings. I'll maintain your site, keep your citations clean, manage your Google Business Profile, and report on where things stand each month. Good maintenance produces gradual improvement. That's what you should expect.
-
There's a clean exit if you need one. Six-month minimum, then month-to-month. Your domain is always yours. If you decide to move on, you can buy the site outright for about the cost of a new build, around $1,000, and take it to your own hosting. No ransom, just a straightforward handoff.
