Websites for nonprofits
For Northeast Ohio nonprofits that need their website kept current and can't pay for a marketing firm to do it.
The problem you have
Most nonprofit websites were built by a volunteer or a designer who has since moved on. The site launched, and then nobody owned it. The event page still shows last year's date, the contact form goes to an inbox no one checks, and the person who knew the login left two years ago. People notice that before they read a word of your mission.
What you get
I build a five-page site around the people who come looking for you, whether that's someone you serve, a donor, or a volunteer. After launch I host it, keep it running, and make your updates, up to an hour of changes a month. If you'd rather handle some changes yourself, like events or staff, I'll set you up to do that.
I also handle basic search setup and your Google Business Profile at launch, and once a quarter I send a short note on how the site is doing.
What it costs
$149 a month, after a $500 setup that covers the five-page build. It's for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. Six-month minimum, then month-to-month. Ownership works the same as on every Tandym site. Your domain is yours from day one, and if you leave you can buy the site outright for about $1,000. Straight answers on ownership and leaving →
When you need more than upkeep
This plan keeps your site current. It leaves out the ongoing local search work my business clients pay for, which means monitoring your listings across directories, review requests, and a monthly report. A few nonprofits need that, usually a program that families have to find nearby. If that sounds like you, the full plan is $399 a month, and I'll tell you which one fits on the first call.
